Just in case you have room and a slight sweet tooth afterwards, don't go anywhere until you have looked at the dessert menu.

The menu of  Press Pot Tea Selections is very impressive.  Some of the offerings are:  Imperial Orange Pekoe, Nobo Whole Fruit, Pear Green Tea, and jamaican Spice to name a few.  Cappuccino, Espresso and Mochas are also available.

The 'AMA 'AMA desserts consist of Chocolate Macadamia Nut Souffle with Giandjua Sauce, Coconut Panna Cotta with chilled Passion Fruit Broth and Green Tea Tuile.
