Disney Fantasy Satellite Sun Deck

Sun-Soaked loungers, shaded canopy seating in an adult-only area on board the Disney Fantasy?  Count me in as long as the Falls (shaped as a satellite) are not the ships actual satellite :).

Is that Dumbo and Timothy Q Mouse hanging off the Disney Fantasy?

In celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the animated film Dumbo (released on October 23, 1941).  Dumbo and his pal and protector Timothy Q. Mouse was chosen by the Disney Imagineers to grace the stern of the Disney Fantasy which has recently arrived into her new home port of Port Canaveral.

Modern Family heads to Disneyland

One of my favorite shows, Modern Family was apparently being filmed in the Disneyland park last week.  Looking forward to viewing this episode as Manny's character is wearing Mickey Mouse Ears, and Cameron's character is donning a Disney pin-studded lanyard.

AFTER, the One More Day Disney Event

As expected, the Park reached it's capacity, the streets of Anaheim and nearby freeway were backed up for miles with most rides over an hour wait time.

However, for many it was an event of a lifetime and/or a quest to stay until the bitter end -- (even if it meant napping a short while on Main Street or curled up into a ball at the Main Street Cinema).

Perhaps a sign of my age, I personally prefer to visit the Parks off-season mid-week to avoid the crowds.  However, a part of me would have liked to experience the opportunity and bragging rights for participate in this successful event.

MIni-Fridge in Value resorts $10.00 a day or rumored to be a Standard amenity?

While there is a tremendous value for families staying a a "value resort" at Walt Disney World.  There can be some extra's costs that can really add up, especially if you prefer or need a mini-refrigerator in your room for special needs.

It was rumored today, that value resorts will come standard with the mini-fridge beginning this Summer.  Keep in mind that as of today, this is a rumor.  Please call Pixie Diane at a later date for an update.

If this new amenity becomes available, I commend Disney for providing additional value to my clients wishing to reconnect in a fun and safe environment without nickel and dimming them.
