Grad Nite was a BLAST!

Duffy and I got to experience GRAD NITE 2011 at Disneyland last Thursday.  Before we headed into Disneyland, we got to play in Disney's California Adventure Park for the BLAST-OFF pre-party.

When you participate in the pre-party in CA you may be surprised to find yourself participating in several rides and attractions without a line.  Duffy and I  actually walked into Toy Story Midway Mania and The Little Mermaid-Ariel's Undersea Adventure without a line.  The Games on the Boardwalk  were FREE all night long -- so we got to shoot, throw and roll our way through the Boardwalk.

Everyone participating in the pre-party received a meal ticket to select food venues in CA (Taste Pilot's Grill, Lucky Fortune Cookery, Pacific Wharf Cafe, Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, Award Wieners, Baker's Field Bakery, Don toms and Hot Dog Hut).

ElecTRONica was in motion, playing some cool songs for dancing, we especially liked the lighting effects.

At about 11:30 p.m., it was time to venture over the DL, the GRAD NITE EXPLOSION was incredible with music, exclusive fireworks event only reserved for Grad Nite!

KLUB KIIS was playing the top 40 and R&B hits near the Sleeping Beauty Castle.

POWER 106 was playing Hip-Hop beats all night long under the stars at Small World Mall in Fantasyland.

CLUB LATINO - was keeping the beat at the Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland.

HONDA DANCE CLUB - DJ spinning some tunes in Tomorrowland Terrace, in Tomorrowland.

Did you know that the Disney Photopass service was sponsored by Honda?  How fun is that?  Duffy and I took a  picture near Main Street and with Minnie and Mickey (dressed in cap and gown).

As Chaperones, we indulged in the Disney sponsored Perks which included refreshments, snacks and a meal.  We saw some Chaperones kicking it back in the Disneyland Opera House, as a complimentary showing of You Again and The Secretariat played through the evening.
