As Duffy and I strolled along the World Showcase, we pondered over which NEW restaurant to try for lunch. We noticed that people were gathering and waiting for the Chefs de France to open for the day. We took this as a good sign to try them out.
The hostess sat us at a prime viewing window seat, we were later greeted by cast member Sophie. We ordered the Salade au Bleu (romaine hearts, blue cheese dressing, bacon, walnuts, and croutons) to start and later the Crepe Florentine (Chicken, spinach, mushroom and bechamel sauce.
The salad was presented very nicely, along with a warm crusty baguette. I was expecting the fork on the plate to be chilled, but it was not.
The crepe was a nice portion (2 people can easily share if they wanted to). It was a lovely dish, however, the white chicken meat was a little dry and chewy.
